This plan combines home Strength Training and Running to get the heart pumping, the muscles burning and get you feeling happier and healthier than ever before (AND can have you ready to smash a Marathon in just 14 weeks!)

All of the strength workouts are 50 minutes follow-along videos where I share technique and enthusiasm throughout! All you need is a couple of kettlebells or dumbbells, a sweat towel and a pair of running trainers!
